Moultonborough Real Estate: Lake Winnipesaukee Waterfront Sales in Moultonborough increase year over year

The town of Moultonborough, which most years enjoys the largest number of waterfront sales on Lake Winnipesaukee because it has the most shore front and one of the lowest tax rates, was eclipsed last year by the town of Alton which had 48 waterfront sales compared to 27 in 2014 (a 77% increase year over year). Moultonborough’s 38 waterfront sales on Lake Winnipesaukee represented a comparatively modest 11% increase year over year.
