Jim moved to the Lakes Region from Short Hills, NJ. He started his real estate career in 1977. He opened his first real estate office in Moultonborough in 1980. His company,

Jim has also been involved in the development of many Lakes Region residential and luxury lakeside communities having taken these projects from initial land planning and design through the construction and marketing stages. Jim’s projects include: Harbor Pines, Hemlock Harbor, Deerpoint on Lake Winnipesaukee, Crosswinds on Lake Winnipesaukee and the luxury Adirondack community of Iroquois on Lake Winnipesaukee.
In 2014, Jim sold the sales division of his company to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Verani Realty – the number one real estate firm in New Hampshire. He, and his wife Ann, continue to own the Vacation Rentals division of the company (At the Lake Vacation Rentals, LLC ) and Jim continues to work out Berkshire Hathaway’s Moultonborough office.
